STORNO: Cancellation Conditions

The general terms and conditions for the hotel industry apply in Austria according to AGBH 2006 with more favourable cancellation conditions apply to guests of Pension Sedlak:

• No cancellation fee up to 7 days before the day of arrival;
• then 100% cancellation fee of the total package price (also for early departure).

Our payment terms:

• Upon booking, we require a DEPOSIT of 30% of the total price, payable by bank transfer.
• The remaining balance is due 7 days BEFORE ARRIVAL.
• For last-minute bookings, we require the full amount to be paid by bank transfer at the time of booking.
